The project works with a centralized management system:

- and you can still use the property for up to 4 months per year for personal stays.
From a tax perspective:
- the purchase is subject to 21% VAT (not 10%), this is because it operates as a tourist/business model,and depending on your setup, that VAT can be deducted or recovered.

Oasis Laguna is designed as a managed investment. While returns are not guaranteed, comparable projects in the area typically achieve around 6-10% net annual yield, depending on occupancy, seasonality, and personal use.
